In 2003 and 2004, as a fellow at the National Center for Digital Government at Harvard, I co-wrote alongside Matthew Hindman a number of essays and op-eds dealing with measuring audience concentration on the Web compared to offline media. The one aspect of the media diversity issue served as a small but significant component of Matt's PhD dissertation.
